Being a powerful antioxidant, Garlic not only delivers a very attractive taste and aroma to baits, but also delivers long-term nutritional benefits in helping fish fight disease and parasitic challenges. As a potent, natural powder, Garlic is a superb year-round attractor that many anglers insist upon in their bait, and has been a key ingredient of many successful mixes over the years. Tip: For a devastating combination for both Carp and Barbel, mix Garlic Powder and Blue Cheese Powder with a low level of our Concentrated Anchovy Extract in the flavours section on a milk protein or bird food base mix. Recommended inclusion levels of this particular powder range from 1% to 2% with higher levels being extremely effective in cold-water temperatures.
