The QD 5500 has been fitted with a Tournament line clip. This allows you to replicate casts time after time – without causing damage to your line. The spool skirt is fitted with ‘Starlight’ isotope holes. Up till now this was a feature that was only present on the Basia reels, so with this QD 5500 you are able to access some of the benefits of a Basia without the price tag. Isotopes are one of the biggest revelations in recent angling years, as they enable easy angling in low light conditions.
