This insulation works by trapping the warm air around your body in the thick blanket, greatly increasing the amount of time it takes the warm air to move out to the surface and cool. This ensures that your core body temperature is perfectly maintained, even on exceptionally chilly mornings and late evenings when the sun isn’t there to provide external warmth. Another insulating feature of the Fox Chunk Bodywarmer is its full length external baffle.
