Providing a fish-friendly way of using an inline lead, this innovative lead system has been designed by Korda'sJason Hayward. The Korda Inline Safety System Lead allows you to fish inline leads in weedy conditions thanks to the lead ejecting from the stem when snagged.

Perfect to use fish with short hook links or around weed and snags, as well as using in Solidz bags, the Inline Safety system lead boasts a fail-safe release mechanism that will withstand any cast and ensures the lead will only release if the rig is lost or the fish gets weeded/snagged.
The system is compatible with leadcore, tubing and naked set-ups from Korda and both the leads and the inserts have corresponding numbers to make sure all the parts match and work the way they are designed, which save plenty of confusion when at the bankside.
When using the Safety system, Korda suggests that you ensure the tail rubber is fully pushed onto the insert and also recommends not to use it for casting with Funnel Web bags. The Korda Inline Safety System Lead comes available in 4 different sizes of 2oz, 2.5oz, 3oz or 3.5oz so you can tailor your end tackle to your preferred weight and fishing conditions.
