If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone 01603 400870 within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment when the goods are received back by us. Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.
If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Angling Direct Ltd reserve the right not to issue a refund.
We are not obliged to accept returns where you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software.
Disputes and complaints should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.
