More Spring Rays… Shane Pullen

You may remember a few weeks back I posted a cracking report and some lovely pictures from Shane Pullen and his fishing buddy’s from the Sea Angler magazine. Well the lads have continued to enjoy to some fantastic Thornback sport on the East coast, and it’s now time for part two!

Mainly targeting an area of Herne Bay in Kent, the awesome foursome; Shane Pullen, Paul Gunner, Jason White and Darren Mills have been getting amongst some real nice specimens, with fish pushing double figures.

Fishing large strong pulley dropper rigs and baiting with a mixture of Bluey and Sandeel, two baits which the Rays find irresistible, has proven to be the successful tactics.
