Description

Producing reels since 1955, Daiwa aims to produce the most technically advanced fishing equipment in the world. This is an aim that is routinely met, and Daiwa is a world leader in coarse, carp, sea, and Predator fishing products.

The Daiwa Gekkabijin Rods HRF is made for heavy rock fishing. Made from 1K woven carbon, this Daiwa rod offers sea anglers incredible strength and test curves to withstand the demand of the discipline. Available in either 7ft6 length with a casting weight of 5-20g, or 8ft with a  7-28g casting weight, you can select a HRF rod depending on the conditions you wish to fish under.

Both versions of the rod model come in two sections, leaving less chances of a joint connection letting you down when playing a fish. The Gekkabijin Rods use braiding X along with a tubular carbon tip to accurately measure sensitive bites on your line.

Accuracy in casting can be achieved through the rods fuji guides as well as the Daiwa reel seat that can house most multiplier reels. The rod also sports Downlocking EVA fore grip and split EVA rear grips so you can securely hold both fore and rear without an hand slipping thanks to the EVA material.
