Producing fishing tackle since 1955, Daiwa still aims to produce the most technically advanced fishing equipment in the world. This is an aim that is routinely met, and Daiwa is a world leader in coarse, carp, sea, and Predator fishing products.

The Daiwa Wilderness Trout Fly Rod not only specialises in helping you catch the perfect specimen but sports a medium to fast action blanks with the convenience of a four-piece construction.

A four-piece spinning rod is much easier for when it comes to packing up and moving to the next peg for a few more bites. When together, the rod is lightweight with a crisp action that is going to hook the shyest of trout. The rod is perfect when pairs with a spinning reel and this can be fitted on the aluminium reel seat simply and securely.

The low glare matt tape finish ensures there is no light from the sun reflecting into the waters and spooking the fish away. The Daiwa rod is also helpful for its titanium stripper guides with lightweight LS rings which offer strength along with your choice of length of the rod. The Aluminium snake guides keep your line safe where the hook keeper allows you to keep your hook safely away so that you are ready to move and unpack without injury.

To assist with the lightweight action, the rod is constructed with a cork handle. Not only is cork light but it is incredibly heat retentive so in the cooler months your hands will be that little bit warmer!

The rod comes as four possible lengths, choose from 8ft which is perfect for the rivers and streams as is the 8ft 6. For bigger, still waters you would benefit from the 9ft or the 9ft 6 lengths.

Bring some advantage to your fly fishing game with this trout rod from Daiwa.
