To use the 3D RAD, you can attach a lure onto the lip of the rat and fish on the surface of the water. It will perfectly imitate a rat swimming with a prime fish between its teeth. With proper manipulation, you can cause the lure to spring free from the rat, too, causing it to pop up to the surface.
