The Shakespeare Agility Barbel comes supplied with two different top sections to allow you to be incredibly versatile and ensuring that you can respond to a huge range of angling scenarios effortlessly. One of these top sections is a quiver tip. This is ideal for all those scenarios when sensitivity is the name of the game and it offers supreme bite indication for ledgering. The second of the two top sections supplied with the rod is a standard tip. This is perfect when you’re fishing in stronger currents when you need a little less sensitivity in your set up. It is also an ideal rod for float fishing, as well as a range of ledgering activities
The Shakespeare Agility Barbel is offers a slim carbon blank, which has been fitted with zirconium oxide guides. The reelseat of the rod has been designed with ergonomics in mind and it is incredibly intuitive to use. The handle features a mixture of double A grade cork and quality EVA in order to ensure that you get a perfect grip each time. This rod is supplied in an oval tube and weighs a mere 219g.
