Browning Sphere Braid Special Rod, A specialist feeder rod from the Sphere range developed specifically for fishing with braid or pre-stretched lines. The rods action has been softened towards the middle and top to eliminate hook-pulls when catching soft mouthed fish like skimmers/bream. However, the lower section retains the backbone needed to cast medium sized feeders good distances. The low-friction skeletal guides fitted make braid fishing silent and without the normal but irritating grating of the braid in the guide on the retrieve. Like all Sphere rods, we use the highest quality carbon blank and fittings available. Every aspect of the rod has been has been carefully engineered to be as perfect as possible. Ultra light, ultra slim and fitted with a unique ergonomic weight reducing handle which transmits feel to the angler. Supplied with 4 carbon tips to suit the action and purpose of the rod.
