Sea fishing tackle manufactures face a unique challenge when making their products. Not only do the products have to be able to remain submerged in water for extended periods of time without disintegrating, but they also have to be able to withstand the highly corrosive nature of saltwater. This is true of all sea fishing tackle, but it is especially true of sea line.

If you were to ask a non-angler to list bits of fishing tackle, chances are that the word ‘line’ would appear in the top three products, shortly after ‘rod’ and ‘reel’ and swiftly followed by ‘hook’. Line is, of course, essential to fishing, and it is one of the most relied upon bits of kit you can own. Subject to continued use in a way other elements of your tackle box are not, a quality fishing line has to perform at the top of its game throughout its lifetime – more often than not if you lose a fish as you’re reeling in it will because of a faulty line rather than your angling technique, so it is vital you have a superior line on you.

That’s why we only stock high quality lines in our collection of sea fishing lines. We make sure we stock lines with a variety of breaking strains so that you can always buy the perfect line for the job, and with brands like Berkley and Daiwa in our range, you can be confident that whichever line you chose it will perform to the maximum. We also stock sea fishing lines at a variety of price points, so whether your budget is only a couple of pounds for a basic line that gets the job done or it stretches upwards of £20 for a supreme quality line that you can trust all season long, we’ve got a line for you.

If you would like any further information on any of the lines or braids we stock in our sea fishing range, our customer services team are on hand to assist.
