Utilising higher grade, low resin carbons within the top section simply enhances the balance and tip speed to another level. Their loading action compresses from the top into a higher diameter butt section that provides bags of cushion and power. When subjected to large casting loads this blank shape also presents excellent torque resistance enhancing the casting accuracy to a level that is respected by many of the UK's top carp anglers. Totally contrasting in shape and action the Slim Powers are the epitome of rod beauty. Also exploiting the latest low-resin carbons within the top section these sleek rods betray gravity when partnered with a reel. Their power progressive curve loads seamlessly along the rod length but still delivers a crisp tip recovery whilst providing the level of forgiveness that is a must with braided mainlines. As required, furnishings are minimal but the best. The Magnum Taper features a unique, contoured Daiwa reel seat that is matt finished. The Slim Power uses a Fuji DNPS faced off with metal trim rings. Each model is also armed with Fuji SiC guides and a low profile butt grip finished off with a sunburst etched metal butt cap.
