JRC Extreme TX Light
JRC is a brand that is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve your carp fishing experience. Established in the early 1990s, the brand demands that anglers ‘expect more’ on the bank – an ethos on which the brand is proud to deliver. The brand consistently produces high performance carp fishing products, at a fair price, for the avid angler. Originally manufacturing bedchairs, the brand now produces a range of bankside accessories that set it apart from the rest. One such accessory is this JRC Extreme TX Light.
Designed to sit on the spreader block of the JRC Stealth and Contact landing nets, the Extreme TX Light is a vibration activated light that is able to revolutionise your night time and low light angling. It casts a light over your landing net and the surrounding area, ensuring that you can clearly see what you’re doing when you’re landing fish in the darker hours. This makes late night and early hours landing easier than ever before, especially as you don’t have to worry about fumbling around for a head torch. The JRC Extreme TX Light is vibration activated, meaning that it will switch on the moment you lift your landing net. It also automatically switches off after you have placed you landing net down for a few moments. This means that you never have to worry about the battery running flat due to your forgetting to switch off the landing net light.
The JRC Extreme TX Light comes with two light settings, too. The standard white light setting is ideal for the vast majority of angling scenarios as it clearly illuminates the area you are targeting with your net. The red light setting is perfect for when you’re targeting particularly nervous fish and it ensures that you do not cause your quarry unnecessary stress during the netting process.
