Description
Shimano Tribal Velocity Rods,
Built on some of the slimiest blanks available at the price point, the Tribal Velocity is an outstanding rod and comes with both 30mm, 40mm and 50mm butt guides. A strengthening 3K weave has also been incorporated to maximize strength. Actions differ depending on the test curve. The 12ft 2.75lb version being a more progressive fish playing rod, whilst the 13ft 3.5lb is designed to accurately cast big leads and PVA bags to extreme distances.
The 10ft and 11ft versions are specially designed for the day ticket or boat angler where shorter distance casting is required. The shorter length of this range vastly improves casting accuracy giving more control in confined swims.
All models are fitted with Shimano Hardlite guides with an anti-wrap tip version.
