TERMS & CONDITIONS

AD+ is available to mainland UK addresses only. It gives subscribers unlimited priority deliveries for a whole year for any order over £25 in value.

AD+ only covers outbound delivery of online orders, it does not cover returns. For details of our returns policy please click here.


SUBSCRIBING TO AND USING AD+

You need to be a registered Angling Direct customer to subscribe to AD+.

You must be logged in to your account to use it.

AD+ is valid for 12 months from the day you sign up (or, if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).

To keep you up to date on any changes to AD+ or to provide information and offers surrounding AD+ by signing up you agree to having your email address used for Angling Direct marketing purposes, it will only ever be used by Angling Direct and at no point will be passed to other third parties.  

Your use of AD+ is subject to these terms and conditions. 

Your subscription is locked to the UK. You cannot use AD+ in another country with this subscription. 


CANCELLATION 

You can cancel AD+: 

If an eligible purchase hasn’t been made within the first 30 days after purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. A full refund of your membership fee can be given if you have not made any eligible purchases using AD+ during this time.   Once an eligible purchase has been made your membership cannot be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your AD+ subscription please contact Customer Services .
 

DELIVERY AVAILABILITY 

Free priority delivery will auto apply at checkout once you are logged into your account

For orders under £25 our normal delivery charges will apply


Cut-Off Times:

Orders must be made within the delivery timescales set out in checkout. Before you finalise your order, we’ll give you estimated delivery times and dates (and the delivery options available) depending on the order time and delivery address.

The cut-off times may change for short periods (e.g. they may be brought forward during busy periods). Up to date information is available at checkout. 

 
DELAYS 

We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (e.g. sale/promotional periods) but also because of things like postal/carrier delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our Delivery Partners are unable to access the delivery address). We won’t be held liable for any delays or failures to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any causes beyond our and our Delivery Partners’ reasonable control or during busy periods (e.g. sale, Black Friday weekend) where delivery times may be extended. This does not affect your statutory rights. We aim to keep you updated and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact Customer Services. 
 

OTHER EXCLUSIONS 


Deliveries won’t be made on public holidays. 

We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the Delivery Partner. 

AD+ may not apply to certain brands or products. Please note that the list of brands and/or products which are excluded from AD+ subscription service may be subject to change. You will be notified at the checkout if the relevant brand or product is excluded from the AD+ subscription service.


PERSONAL USE ONLY 

AD+ is strictly for personal use only and must not be used for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.   

You can order as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy – we need to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g. ordering and returning beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use). 

AD+ is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

AD+ cannot be bought as a gift for another person. It can only be used by the person who has purchased a AD+ subscription.
 

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION 


We may terminate an AD+ subscription at any time and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of full months left on your subscription.

A refund will not be given if we suspect or discover (in our sole discretion) that use of AD+: 

has been in breach of these terms and conditions; and/or

has been for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes, or for any purpose other than can be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use; and/or

involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise detrimental to Angling Direct’s interests.

If we suspect or discover such conduct, we may suspend or terminate a AD+ subscription, refuse or cancel order(s) or close or freeze the Angling Direct customer account (and associated accounts) (even if we have previously confirmed an order).

We’ll try to contact you if this happens, but if this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence – get in touch with Customer Service and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it. 

If we suspect or discover that an AD+ subscription has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, we have the right to recoup all our direct delivery costs and losses from the account holder. 

CHANGES TO TS&CS 

We reserve the right to accept/refuse/cancel/change the price of membership and to change any terms and conditions/ discontinue the offer at our discretion. 

We’ll tell you about any significant changes to these terms and conditions, either by email or notice on our website. We shall take any use of the AD+ subscription service following such notice as consent and acceptance of such change. If you do not wish to continue with the AD+ subscription service following any significant change, please contact customer services as soon as possible.

If Angling Direct discontinues the service, you will be refunded pro rata for the remaining months of your subscription. All other anglingdirect.co.uk terms and conditions apply.

By purchasing an AD+ subscription, you accept all terms and conditions, and you also accept that Angling Direct will hold your data for performance analysis of AD+.
