AD Quickbite - How To Fish The Pellet Cone

This AD QuickBite takes a look at pellet cone fishing, a devastating tactic, and one you can add to you match fishing armoury.

Tackle required

 

Step 1

Cover your pellets with water and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

 

Step 2

Thread your lead onto the mainline.

 

Step 3

Attach your quick change bead to the mainline.

 

Step 4

Attach your hook length to the quick change bead.

 

Step 5

Place your hook bait in the bait band.

 

Step 6

Squeeze your soaked 2mm pellets into the pellet cone.

 

Step 7

Push your needle through the compressed pellets then thread onto your hook length.

 

Step 8

You are now ready to cast out.
