AD Quickbite - How To Tie A Roach Heli Rig

In this AD Quickbite video we show you the correct way to tie a roach Heli Rig. This highly effective rig has become a favourite amongst roach anglers who like to keep a feeder rig handy, as part of their arsenal.

 

Roach Heli Rig – In 3 Easy Steps

 

You will need the following components:

 

• Korum Ready Heli Kit
• Korum Anti-Tangle Sleeve
• Drennan Safe Link & Swivel
• Kamasan Black Cap Feeder
• Short Flourocarbon Hooklink

Step 1:

Thread one of the Korum Ready Heli Kits onto your mainline. 

Step 2:

Slide an Anti-Tangle Sleeve onto your mainline, tie your Safe Link and swivel on then pull the sleeve onto the swivel.

Step 3:

Attach your feeder to the clip. Set the distance between the feeder and your hooklink so that the bait hangs just above the feeder when casting.
