Advanta X5 Carp Pencil, Streamlined, pencil shaped body with a carbon stem and medium diameter tip. A perfect pole float for F1s and big fish like carp, bream, tench and chub. Can be fi shed with strung shot for on-the-drop and shallow presentation, or used with bulks for full depth work. The streamlined nature allows this float to be held hard on a tight line as the tackle settles, which with strung micro shot gives the hook bait a slow fall through the water. It also holds back well without lifting up high, allowing the tackle to be edged through or held still in drift and slow flowing waters. Suits a wide range of baits and the super sensitive glass filled hollow plastic tip material is highly translucent, showing up well, even when fishing into shaded water. The body has a low resistance matt finish to avoid holding up in surface tension, which combines perfectly with a balanced carbon stem to cock the float perfectly every time.
