The Sport has reached cult status in the light of hard won experience and decades of fishing. The butt slices through the air and in storm conditions the rod is stable and very secure. Guide Spacing:
Century current factory finished rods use Fuji KWAG polished stainless steel guides and a Fuji MNAT pattern tip. The Fuji K guide is the worlds first automatic disentangling guide frame and is suitable for both multiplier and modern fixed spool reels. Remember to minimise line twist one of the principal reasons for line coiling using fixed spool reels - by paying regular attention to this aspect.
