Since 2004 the Certate has become recognised as the reel of choice for going into battle with both worthy target species and the tough conditions that nature throws at us. Thanks to strong design principles, the combination of the best high performance materials and unique Daiwa Technology has earned the Certate a reputation of high performance and unchallenged reliability.
The Super Metal body locates the rotating Digigear with remarkable precision even under loading. Precision moulded Zaion, reinforced with interwoven carbon fibre has been shaped to produce the lighter but more rigid Air Rotor. This advancement reduces rotor distortion, enhances the ease of start up and the smoothness of winding during fish playing.
However it is the futuristic thinking behind Mag Sealed that takes the new Certate to another level. By embracing the wonder of ferro-magnetized oil within controlled magnetic fields we have created a fluid, movable seal that halts the ingress of water, salt and debris. Applied to the rotor and now the line roller Mag Sealed protects these moving parts from accumulating crystallized salt and other debris. This ensures near endless smoothness and continual high performance.
The new Certate offers a divers range with a choice of sizes and specifications for ultra-light lure work, dedicated PE braid users or high speed retrieve. All models are also furnished with key Daiwa features such a Twistbuster II, AirBail, Silent Oscillation, UTD Ultimate Tournament Drag and 10 CRBBs. The Certate; the evolution of revolution.

Return of goods & Refunds
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or taken into your local Angling Direct store.
