Drennan Series 7 Specialist Avon Quiver, With its 1.75lb test curve the 12ft (3.66m) Drennan Series 7 Specialist Avon Quiver combo rod is the most powerful Specialist Avon Quiver in the range, supplementing the 1.25lb and 1.5lb models. It is the ideal rod for the all-rounder, being ideally suited for use fishing for barbel and specimen chub on rivers, excellent for distance tench and bream fishing on stillwaters, or for taming hard-fighting carp on commercials with bigger feeders. The rod is supplied with a choice of two top joints; a classic Avon style top and a quiver top, meaning the rod can be used for a wide range of methods. A 4oz glass and a 6oz carbon Feeder Tip is supplied, both with luminous white painted tips. Additional softer Feeder Tips from the range can also be purchased. The rod is fitted with a full cork handle, screw-down reel seat and full SiC line guides. It is recommended for use with main lines of 6lb to 10lb and with casting weights up to a maximum of 3oz. Two equal-length sections allow the rod to be made up and stored in a large Super Specialist rod sleeve and also attached to the Large Super Specialist rod quiver.
