The popular Fox Pro Shads are made of a strong body but extra soft tail to successfully imitate baitfish that predator fish love. It's hard to imagine any pike angler's box without them! The Fox Rage lure comes in two different sizes, the 5.5 inches and the 7 inches. These sizes are recommended for catching sander, pike, seabass and striper.
The 'TwinSkin' surface which makes 75% of the rubber bait flexible but very stiff and the tail extra-soft and enormously flexible. This means jig heads have a better hold and last for huge numbers of casts - and fish - without bursting.
The flattened back of the rubber shad shows flanking to its best advantage and creates an irresistible swimming motion which perfectly imitates an attacked prey fish. The specially shaped hammer tail also deflects water pressure perfectly so the bait can be worked fast without it twisting over. The flexible yet stiff rubber contains real fish oil to increase the catch rates during competitions or on days with less predator activity.
