Shimano Ultegra CI4 14000 XTA Reel,
Made from Ci4, a reinforced carbon fibre, this new reel from Shimano is over 1.5 times stronger than a normal XT-7 graphite reel and over 20% lighter. Impervious to rust due to the lack of metal in the carbon fibre, Shimano have been able to design not only an extremely strong but lightweight reel operating to extremely precise tolerances.
Other features of the Ultegra Ci4 14000 include 1x roller bearing, Dyna Balance System, Oversized Power Roller, Maintenance Port, Floating Shaft II, Super Stopper II, a gear ratio of 4.3:1, line capacity of 440yds/16lb (400m/0.40mm) and an overall weight of 640g.
