This fishing reel features an aluminium deep spool, lightweight high intensity graphite body and fully adjustable free spool facility meaning you can allow line to be taken by hooked fish with varying degrees of tension. The free spool facility on this fishing reel enables anglers who wish to fish after dark a secure way to ensure the hooked fish is given enough fishing line before the angler picks up the rod. With a simple turn of the reel handle or flick of the switch on the back of this Advanta reel you are then connected to your prize catch and the smooth front drag system takes over. The free runner reel would be ideal for anglers who want to fish both still and moving waters for species such as carp and barbel.
A great addition to this reel is the spare medium-depth aluminium spool that is supplied with the reel which is perfect for lighter mono fishing lines or braided line. This fishing reel features a super strong internal drive gear, which delivers an immense amount of power, easily enough to tame even the biggest specimens. For accuracy, this fishing reel also features a line friendly line clip.
