Description
Only ever get that bite that you really want! This insect panel is designed specifically for the Pioneer 100 Aquatexx EV 1.0 and allows you to exit the shelter quickly without looking for a zip opening, which is particularly handy during the night! The main function of the panel is to offer protection from those annoying bugs and biting insects. It is quick and easy to install by simply zipping directly into the front of the shelter replacing the supplied full infill panel. The Insect Panel provides an unrestricted view from the bivvy, additional ventilation, and allows more light into the shelter. It also boasts tie-backs for the door and side panels, allowing it to be used in an open position.
1. Erect your Pioneer 100 in the normal fashion.
2. Leave the leading front pegging points loose.
3. Take the insect panel out of the carrybag and unfold it.
4. Zip the insect panel into the Pioneer 100.
5. Ensure the front door is closed.
6. Peg the front pegging points to either side of the door.
7. Peg out the rest of the insect panel. (If using the optional groundsheet, peg through the panel and groundsheet loops together.)
8. To remove the insect panel, simply reverse the process.
