Avid Carp EXO 2 RV Shelter Storm Cap Wrap is a dedicated overwrap designed to improve comfort and protection when using the EXO 2 RV Shelter. It creates a dual-layer thermal barrier that helps retain warmth in cooler weather, reduce heat transfer in warmer conditions and significantly minimise condensation during longer sessions.
The 10,000mm hydrostatic head khaki polyester fabric provides strong waterproof protection, making it a useful upgrade for carp anglers fishing through changing weather. The extended Storm Cap wrap peak increases front coverage by 30cm, giving extra protection around the entrance and helping shield the shelter from rain and wind.
Two zip-through access vents allow the shelter’s rear vents to be operated even with the wrap fitted, so airflow can still be adjusted without removing the overwrap. This helps keep the shelter practical across different conditions, whether you need more ventilation in warm weather or a more enclosed setup overnight.
The wrap is supplied with a carry bag and heavy-duty pegs, keeping transport and setup straightforward. Its fitted dimensions are 150cm high, 290cm wide and 310cm long, with packed dimensions of 80 x 18 x 18cm and a total weight of 3.6kg.
