Cresta Insert Elastic Protectors,
The P.T.F.E Insert Elastic Protectors prevent damage to a (hollow) elastic during transport in a 2-part (puller) kit. Where the elastic is normally folded over 2 thin carbon walls, it now runs over elastic friendly and rounded P.T.F.E. material. The 2 raised sides prevent the elastic from coming into contact with the bottom of a holdall or pole tube. In addition, the INSERT prevents friction with the inside of the rod, making the elastic function significantly better. The Insert Elastic Protectors are supplied in 7 different sizes from 10.0 to 13.0 mm, covering 95% of kits on the market.
