All the reels in the Daiwa Crossfire X series feature the same great technologies. These include the likes of TwistBuster, Daiwa’s patented line roller design that eliminates line twist. This is especially useful for anglers who fish with a braid or thin mono, as it significantly extends the life span of the line and ensures that you’re able to achieve flawless casts time after time. The spool on the Crossfire X has been designed on the Anti-Backlash System. This ABS spool allows for longer casts with better accuracy, as its tapered design reduces the risk of cones forming on the cast. The combination of these two features makes fishing enjoyable again, as you no longer need to waste valuable time on the bank untangling your line. The spool itself is constructed from aluminium and the reel comes supplied with a spare spool as standard.

The Daiwa Crossfire X has been fitted with five ball bearings, as well as one roller bearing. These ensure that this reel is smooth to use and will perform like a dream throughout its lifespan. It is fitted with a one touch folding handle, making packing away at the end of a long session quick and easy. The Daiwa Crossfire X is supplied with an I-shape and a T-shape handle knob.
