the Deeper Chirp+ uses integrated GPS to turn your Deeper into a bathymetric mapping device. This enables you to create real-time maps of the waterway that you’re fishing, from both boat and shore. This allows you to pin-point exact features in a way that was only previously possible using boat-mounted consoles. With an 80m/260 ft range and a scanning to a depth of 80m/260 ft, the Chirp+ is ideal for the most demanding of venues, fishing on vast reservoirs can feel like guess work but with the Deeper Chirp+ you’re able to locate fish and even identify its species.
The smart phone app which accompanies the Deeper not only conveys the readings of the sonar system but also features; a fishing calendar, camera function, weather forecast, fishing notes, offline maps, and unlimited history, allowing you to keep a record of the venues that you have fished. A Deeper Smart Phone Mount is available separately and enables you do strap your smart phone to your rod, making operating the app a hands free experience, so you can concentrate on casting and retrieve.
