Drennan Red Range Target Carp 14.5m Pole, The Red Range Target Carp 1450 is a great-value pole and ideal for carp, F1s and silverfish. It has plenty of strength and power to deal with hard-fighting fish on commercial fisheries and performs equally well when targeting silverfish. The Red Range Target Carp has been designed from the ground up with higher grade materials than the Carp Zone 1250. Usefully, however, we have ensured that the Carp Kits are interchangeable between both models. The Target Carp comes with a total of six Carp Kits, including the one with the pole, each fitted with Side Pull Slots. When combined with the optional Roller Cones (also included) you can take full advantage of the super-smooth Side Pull System. This revolutionary feature allows you to control the amount of elastic and enables you to play and subdue fish of all sizes with confidence. A generous extras package includes Skid Bungs, EVA nose cones, Cupping Kit Adaptors, a Polemaster Pole Pot, Super Slick internal PTFEs, a Roller Cone extractor rod and Side Pull Beads. Two threaded Cupping Kit Adaptors are supplied should you wish to convert one of the Carp Kits into a Cupping Kit. The two sizes ensure your cupping kit can be the same length as your top kit if cut back, which is vital for accurate feeding. The 2.3m Carp Kits are ready to elasticate straight from the bag with the 4.2mm Super Slick PTFE Bushes (2.9mm internal diameter) supplied. These are ideal for solid elastic and up to yellow 1012 Carp Bungee hollow elastic or equivalent. If you prefer to use even thicker pole elastic, a set of larger diameter 5.4mm Super Slick PTFEs (4.2mm internal diameter) are also provided. The pole will only need trimming back approximately 18cm to fit these much larger PTFEs. Additional Carp Kits, Cupping Kits, No3s and all other sections can also be purchased separately.
