Free Spirit 12FT 3LBS Pike Tamer Multi Range Rod,
The Multi-Range is the all-rounders tool capable of casting baits up to 5oz easily with very progressive action to avoid 'cast offs'.
There are two 10ft boat versions: a standard rod with a test of 2lb, good for the majority of boat piking and an S.U. for heavy boat work such as on the Thurne where heavy flows and tidal pulls are common. Both feature sensitive tips for bottom bouncing and power in the middle to butt to help subdue big fish. They can also be put to good use casting big spoons and plugs.
