These Greys Prodigy Carp Rods have been constructed using a 36T carbon rod blank, which gives these rods a perfect action for carp fishing. All rods in this range have plenty of power in reserve so you can easily land even the biggest carp, but also retain softness in the tip section to prevent hook pulls at the net and absorb runs from large powerful fish. Featuring Seaguide Minima Guides which allow your fishing line to flow thorough with little/no friction, and can be used with both mono fishing line and braided fishing line.
Greys have used a high quality Seaguide Aluminium DAPS Reel Seat in frosted black, which allows you to use even the largest of big pit fishing reels. These carp rods feature a full JPS (Japanese Shrink) fluted handle, which gives you the optimum grip both for casting and playing fish. A great addition to these Greys carp rods is a universal line clip, which allows you to get the perfect angle in your line when using fishing bite alarms. These carp rods also feature aluminium branded end caps. Finished with carbon weave detailing and a dark matt blank, the Greys Prodigy 50mm Carp Fishing Rod is a great addition to any serious anglers carp fishing tackle.
