Guru A-Class Power Distance Feeder Rod

Guru A Class Power Distance Feeder Rod

Guru A Class Power Distance Feeder Rod is built for coarse and match anglers who need extra casting power when fishing at range, making it ideal for feeder fishing on larger venues. Designed for targeting species such as bream, carp, barbel and chub, it excels on big lakes, commercial fisheries and rivers where distance and control are essential.

Developed specifically for long-range tactics, it handles heavier feeders with ease, helping you reach distant spots accurately. The progressive action allows you to generate casting power while still maintaining control when playing fish, making it well suited to both stillwater and river feeder work.

In terms of build quality, the rod features a 24/30T tensile carbon blank that balances strength with responsiveness, along with anti-tangle stainless frame guides and durable ceramic rings to ensure smooth casting with both mono and braided lines. A secure reel seat and extended handle design help maximise leverage and comfort when casting repeatedly over longer sessions.

It offers strong performance at distance without moving into premium price brackets, making it a great rod for anglers looking to step up to more demanding feeder fishing.

Guru has a strong following within the match and specimen scene, and this rod reflects that brand reputation, focusing on practical performance and consistency where it matters most.

Best suited to intermediate to experienced anglers, particularly those fishing bigger venues or needing extra casting range, though it remains accessible enough for confident beginners looking to progress their feeder fishing.
