The J W Young 11FT Avon Quiver has a traditional design with two tops a 1.25lb test curve standard top and 2oz spliced in quiver tip. The snappy, tip-actioned Avon-style rod is ideal for use with lines of between 3lb and 7lb. Soft enough in the tip for catching dace and roach but with plenty of reserve power lower down the blank to subdue and conquer carp and barbel.
