Jarvis Walker Pro Fillet Kit,
This great kit comes complete with three knives and a sharpening steel. Each of the knives has a super-comfortable bi-moulded soft grip and "Razor" sharp stainless blade. The blade of the 5" knife is double sided with a scaler on one side and a sharp toothed blade purpose designed to make short work of bones. The 6" and 8" fillet knives have narrow blades with sufficient spring in them to ensure the finest slices of sushi or smoked fish.
