The TT Dumpy Pear has the weight of the lead concentrated towards the base giving a better bolt effect than some other leads which have the weight higher up or spread out more. The concentration of the weight towards the base means that these leads should cast further than some of the others available. Nash have also looked at the swivel and loop on the leads and have made the loop smaller and incorporated a large eyed swivel which allows for easier ejection if used with a safety bolt bead arrangement.
