The recon rucksack comes with stiffened sides and a base making it a free-standing unit. It has base pouches made for holding banksticks and there are elasticated loops allowing it to be used for rod support on hard ground. You can access the main compartment by unzipping the shoulder strap section and it even contains an internal zipped mesh pocket. There are 2 external side pockets and a magnetic bivvy tray which is perfect to hold baiting tools, hookbaits and spare rigs. The shoulder straps are full adjustable and can be clipped to the main body.
