Savage Gear 4D Line Thru Trout Slow Sinking Lure – Green Silver

Savage Gear 4D Line Thru Trout Slow Sinking Lure – Green Silver is a highly realistic swimbait designed to imitate a trout, making it ideal for targeting large predatory fish such as pike. It’s particularly effective on lakes and rivers where predators are feeding on larger prey and a natural presentation makes all the difference.

Designed for predator fishing tactics, this lure excels when you want to cover shallow to mid-depth water layers with a slow, controlled retrieve. The slow-sinking action allows you to fish around roughly 0.5–1.5 metres, keeping the lure in the strike zone for longer and appealing to cautious or pressured fish.

A key feature is its 4D photo chrome skin print combined with scent infusion, delivering an incredibly lifelike appearance and added attraction that can trigger aggressive takes even in tough conditions. The realistic finish, paired with a natural S-curve swimming action, closely mimics a real trout moving through the water.

The lure uses a line-thru system, where the trace runs through the body. This improves hook-up and landing rates by allowing the lure to slide up the line during the fight, reducing leverage and preventing fish from throwing the hook. It also comes pre-rigged with a wire trace and hook setup, making it ready to fish straight out of the pack.

The larger line-thru channel also makes it easier to change traces. Combined with a realistic swimming motion and proven colour pattern like Green Silver, it’s designed to provoke strikes from bigger predators.

Savage Gear are known for ultra-realistic predator lures, and this reflects strong brand credibility, particularly among anglers who prioritise lifelike presentation and advanced rig systems.
