In this new series there are 4 rods to choose from with everything from light inshore work to the demands of big fish in blue water are catered for here. Shimano's top consultants have pushed these rods to the limit. Target species are; large deep-water cod, coalfish caught on jigs, highflying sailfish, powerful tuna and numerous species of sharks. In each case the rods performed impeccable. The Exage AX STC rods feature quality fixtures and fittings which include a gimble butt cap, strong spigot joints and ergonomically shaped EVA handles for maximum grip and comfort.
