Description
Shimano Tribal Marker Rods, Both the Standard and the Distance versions of the Shimano Tribal Marker rods have an increased tip guide diameter. After intensive testing, it was found that the increased diameter magnified sensitivity through the rod making identifying gravel, silt, or week easier. The cosmetics of the Marker rods match all the Tribal family, and the inclusion of the SiC guides enhances the range further. The range comprises a standard 12ft model, 12ft 6in Distance model, and for extreme range a longer 13ft Distance model. 50Mm Butt Guides on all models. Shimano Tribal Spod Rods, Designed with distance in mind, the Shimano Tribal Spod models can launch large spods and spombs t extreme ranges. Test curves have been increased slightly for more power and combined with the progressive action the blank can be compressed more easily than other high end models and also enhances casting accuracy. Graphics match all of the Tribal carp rods and the the 3K strengthening weave limits any possibility of breakage. The SiC guides are suitable for both mono and braid main lines and are tough enough to handle repeated casting and retrieval. High Pressure Carbon: During the heating process of any rod or pole the resin can be pushed to the surface of the blank which may cause an uneven distribution, resulting in weak spots. With High Pressure Carbon (HPC), pressure is applied to the blank during the heating process, forcing the resin to remain inside and ensuring an even spread. The result is amazing, creating a blank which can be up to 40% stronger than blanks made without HPC. Biofibre: Adding Biofibre reinforces the carbon fibres in all directions. This gives outstanding strength, shock resistance, lightness and power.
