However, with demand for a softer wafter we were keen to introduce a Method hookbait suited to this style of presentation into our ranks. Spikeum Wafters have been developed with extensive testing to ensure an effective Wafter that maintains their effectiveness as a wafter hookbait while being soft enough to spike or bayonet without being too soft that they are easily dislodged on the cast or by nuisance small fish.
