There is an 8ft rod length with a AFTM Fly Line rating of #4, 8ft6, with a #5 AFTM rating, a 9ft with #5 rating, 9ft with a rating of #6, a 9ft with a rating of #7, a 9ft6 with a #7 rating and lastly a 10ft model with #7 rating. All variations come in four sections for easy commuting.
The Daiwa fly rod also sport a low glare matt tape finish for improved weight and crisper action. The matt tape will also give you less reflection of light onto the water and potentially spooking fish. There is also a matt black aluminium reel seat, aluminium oxide stripper guides.
