Thanks to there only being material at either end of the rod, these socks are super lightweight, easy to use and slightly padded to give some protection to rod tips and joints. There is an elasticated drawcord that can be adjusted to fit a variety of butt guide locations due to the two lengths of rod sock. This elasticated cord can then be secured with a clip so that the sock does not fall off when carrying to the bank.
