This Camotex hooklink features a supple, sinking camo inner braid with a very soft, matt camo outer coating. The suppleness of the nature of the inner and outer construction of the braid makes it ideal for fishing over weed or soft lakebeds. Steam can also be used to make the line perfectly straight.
Unlike the rest of the range of stiff and semi-stiff coats, the soft coat is a more versatile hooklink that works with or without its coating. However, it is still recommended to remove the outer coating before tying any knots. Also, the coating thankfully has great anti-tangle properties which place the frustration of detangling the line to bed.
This edition of hooklink is available in 20m per spool with the additional choices of either 20lb, 25lb and 35lb breaking strains. The higher the weight chosen, dictates the thickness and strength that hooklink can perform.
