This smooth performance is aided by the reels nine ball bearings, as well as its additional roller bearing, all of which work together to eliminate the internal reel friction. This not only preserves the life of the reel but it also ensures that this reel is resistant to the damaging effects of corrosion. The Greys GFR Free Run is supplied with two spools as standard. Both of these spools are aluminium in their construction and they offer the benefit of spring loaded line clips. These line clips are completely line friendly, allowing you to fish with the thinnest of braids or monofilament mainlines without worrying about causing them damage. This ensures you can fish with complete accuracy, cast after cast, significantly increasing your chances of a take. Both spools come supplied with line identification stickers as standard, allowing you to pre-load your spools with different line types and ensuring no confusion occurs on the bank.
