The Korum River Feeder has been expertly designed to allow water to pass easily over the top of the feeder, releasing your perfectly mixed bait flavour downstream, tempting your target fish up towards your hook.

Developed with the help of legendary river angler Shaun Hodges, the River feeder gets its distinctive shape from Shaun’s wealth of experience. In his time on the bank Shaun had come to notice that elliptical pellets held the flow significantly better than their rounded counterparts. Korum took this expert information and adapted it for the design of the River Feeder. An angular and shallow sided feeder, the Korum River Feeder tightly hugs the bed of the river – on average you can used 1oz less lead when fishing with a Korum River Feeder than with any other style of feeder system.

The bait impact shield on the top of the feeder was developed to prevent the bait mix from releasing from the feeder in one go. Instead, this impact shield traps the bait so it can only be released from the traditional open ends, yet its holes allow the flavour to be released, tempting your target fish in.

Korum spent a long time developing the plastic for the feeder to ensure that it could perform in all weather conditions – including extreme cold – and that it wouldn’t crack or break in transit or storage. The plastic used on the Korum River Feeder is softer than traditional feeder plastic, increasing its strength.
