Each rod in the MV-R range is capable of handling line between 3lb-8lb, with a casting weight of between 60g-90g, obviously depending on the rod length you choose for your fishing.  The shorter, 8ft and 9ft, rods are highly effective for accurately sending your casts out to features, as well as enjoying the rewards of margin fishing, which can land you some impressive fish in exchange for a little ingenuity, and a willingness to do things differently.
