Okuma Alaris Reel,
New to the Okuma family are the feature packed Alaris spinning reels. The Alaris reels feature a corrosion resistant frame, side plates and Cyclonic Flow Rotor design, as well as machined aluminum 2-tone spool and rigid metal handle for strength and durability. With four stainless steel ball bearings, and multi-disc Japanese oiled felt drag washers, the Alaris runs smooth on the output of line and retrieve. Available in three sizes, ALS-20, ALS-30, and ALS-40, the Alaris spinning reels are a great reel for freshwater and light inshore action.
Okuma Alaris Reel
The Okuma Alaris Reel is the latest addition to the Okuma Reel family and offers anglers a feature packed spinning reel with amazing versatility. Ideal for both freshwater and light inshore action with a range of sizes available that makes this reel perfect for fishing small fishing lures such as jigs and shads, to large replicants and crankbaits for pike.
Okuma have centred the design of this reel around a corrosion-resistant graphite body and rotor, that also offers a great deal of stiffness and strength whilst being incredibly light so it perfectly matches with even the lightest spinning rods. This spinning reel has been fitted with 3 ball bearing + 1 roller bearing, which ensures that the reel will always run smoothly and reliably, even when used intensively! For additional power when playing large fish such as pike, Okuma have utilised a precision machine-cut brass pinion gear and quick-set anti-reverse bearing.
This fishing Reel uses a multi-disc Japanese oiled felt drag washers that offers efficient stopping power and smoothness. This eliminates the drag jerking when playing fish and ensures a smooth delivery of power from the reel leading to less line breakages when playing specimen fish. This fishing reel has also been made to last thanks to its machined aluminium, 2 tone anodized spool with LCS lip and rigid metal handle. This reel also features a soft touch handle making this reel comfortable to use on even long fishing sessions with repeated casting.
