The Shakespeare Omni Beachcaster is part of a range of rods that are ideal for novice surf anglers, and also make a great option if you're looking for a rod to keep in the car or caravan for some holiday shore fishing.
With slim blanks that bring a lightweight strength to bear on your angling, channelling power down to a glazed tip that stands up to rough going, and gives instant indication of the most delicate bites, letting you know just when to strike for the best chance of landing your catch.
Lined guides are robust enough to handle braided line, with all rods in the range rated between 4-6oz. A cushioned reel seat ensures comfortable handling throughout your session, and gives you easy handling, and accurate transmission of what's going on below the water.
